Hello Sisters,
Thanks to Cindy Davies from the NMSU Extension Agency for her presentation on food preservation at the A.R.M. last Wednesday. It was informative and has me ready to do and learn more.
Here is a link to EverydayFoodStorage.net's beginning video class on pressure cooking. I really want to experiment with pressure cooking more in order to rotate my food storage beans more.
We will be doing my Cooking class in June, and will do the class on Pressure canning beans. Pinto, black, white or kidney beans. The process is very much the same. I am thinking the 2nd Wednesday in June. Will post the definite date later.
